The COBARON series has been developed in its purely mechanical form for applications with emulsion. For border line cases such as for example, cast iron with smoke, the COBARON filter system is available with an electrostatic filter cell and can hence be economically employed as a combination filter system.
Applications:
Extraction of emulsion, heavy duty machining, high cutting performance, cast iron machining with oil for middle to large machine working areas.
Machine tool machines have very high rotational speeds and therefore are characterised by high metal cutting performances. The COBARON system and its different variations, from a purely mechanical filter device to a combination filter device with mechanical pre-filter and an electrostatic filter as main filter, covers a wide range of problems and can be economically implemented where conventional filter systems fail (for example cast iron with smoke).
The COBARON filter system offers different filter combinations and can hence be individually configured to the application in question. The combination between proven filter principles for the right application increases the efficiencies of your filter device and the length of the service intervals. You have the option to choose the exact filter combination for your application.
The COBARON combination filter system is available as standard with our newly developed digital filter control system ISI -TRONIC.
