ISI-TRONIC is the new filter device control system from ISI, which completely redefines air purification. For the first time it is possible to display all relevant working parameters, for example the degree of soiling of the different filter levels, the air volume flow or the differential pressure in the filter device in real time. Additionally, you can set the values for the air volume or the control reserve yourself.

This is made possible via an interface on our filter devices, which can either be connected to a laptop or integrated into a company network. With the help of the digital surface, parameters can be read, adjusted and documented.

Soiling of the individual filter elements is presented proportionally and in colour as per the traffic light principle. Hence, a clear overview can be kept and spare filter parts can be ordered just in time. With ISI-TRONIC, optimum separation efficiencies of the filter devices are easily achieved and run times of the filters significantly increased.

Thanks to the interaction between ISI-TRONIC and our standard built in EC fans, the air volume in the filter device can be adapted automatically to the level of soiling of the filter media. The EC controlled fan can be continuously adjusted and can vary the required air volume. Thus, the suction performance of the filter device needed can be held constant over a maximum possible period of time, consuming as little energy as possible.

Would you like to visually keep a track of occurrences in your ISI filter device? Then our optional extra ISI-TRONIC CONTROL is exactly what you need. This can be attached to the machine and provides information concerning the actual state of the filter device.

The development stage of ISI-TRONIC took place in close cooperation with Industry. Proactive Maintenance

Through the soiling indicator and the operating hours counter of the individual filters, as well as the total amount of operating hours, the optimum time for maintenance is made visible. Hence, costs due to maintenance carried out too early or too late can be avoided.

Purposeful procurement of spare parts

In ISI-TRONIC’s digital interface a pending change of filters can be detected. Thus, these can be ordered just in time.
