Extracting oil mist and emulsion mist for small to very large machine tool working areas

Today modern machines are geared towards the technical maximum possible. Increased productivity can be reached via several factors such as higher cutting speeds. High processing speeds lead to higher degrees of heat . This has to be diverted from the work piece and is compensated by a cooling lubricant. Very often water-mixed coolant lubricants are employed. MEBARON reliably filters the fine fluid droplets in the extracted air. This is where our tried and tested multi stage mechanical air filter principle comes into action. In the integrated air expansion chamber, initial particle separation at the vortex separator occurs.

Thereafter, the pre-filtered air flows through the 3 stage pre-filter package before it is released into the factory environment. Upon request ,the MEBARON air filter system can be equipped with an after filter (for example HEPA filter).

In its basic configuration MEBARON is supplied with a 3 stage pre -filter package. MEBARON achieves with this pre filter package even at this stage excellent separation efficiencies.

The main filter can be adapted to the application in question and separation efficiencies of up to 99,95% ( with the HEPA filter) can be achieved. The optimal pre -filtration protects the main filter , hence longer service intervals can be realised. MEBARON is available as standard with our newly developed digital filter control system ISI-TRONIC.
