Our filter devices are energy efficient, digitized and easy to maintain.
Oil mist is produced during machining with pure oil as a cooling lubricant. Oil mist is a large quantity of airborne, very fine oil droplets which are produced during turning, milling, drilling or grinding with oil and during dry machining with minimum quantity lubrication.
When water-miscible cooling lubricants are used, emulsion mist is produced. This refers to a large quantity of airborne, very fine liquid particles. These are produced during turning, milling, drilling and grinding.
With smoke development. During heavy-duty machining with oil or emulsion (with more than 5% oil content), oil or emulsion mist with smoke development occurs due to the high process temperatures. Smoke in particular is difficult to filter with its fine particles.
The new form of electrostatic filter cell
An IONIC BOOSTER CELL* is an electrostatic filter cell that has been optimised to the technical maximum. By converting the ioniser area, a much denser ionisation field is created. As a result, we achieve an improvement in separation efficiency of up to 35% with the same cell size and dimensions. You can easily insert the IONIC BOOSTER CELL* into your existing ISI filter unit. No additional conversion work is required on your part.

Use our cleaning service for all electrostatic filter cells (manufacturer-independent) and discover the difference! In addition to cleaning in an ultrasonic bath, all filter cells are subjected to a final functional test. Here we check, for example, the distances between the collector plates, realign them if necessary or replace torn ionisation wires.
